The Galah 🍹

45ml Dark Rum
45ml Pineapple Juice
25ml Økar Island Bitter
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Orgeat Syrup
Lemon Myrtle Leaf (To Garnish)

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with lemon myrtle leaf. Kick back below the palm trees!
