The Galah

It’s lush, it’s tropical, and best served icy cold. This takes Økar to the next level, and we ain’t complaining. A crowd pleaser that’ll have your mates coming back for more.

You’ll Need

  • 45ml of Dark Rum

  • 45ml Pineapple Juice

  • 25ml Økar Bitter Amaro

  • 15ml Lime Juice

  • 15ml Orgeat Syrup

  • Lemon Myrtle Leaf (to garnish)

Let’s Do This

  1. Pour All Ingredients Into A Cocktail Shaker.

  2. Add Lots of Ice.

  3. Shake Vigorously.

  4. Double Strain Into A Cocktail Glass.

  5. Garnish With Lemon Myrtle Leaf.

  6. Gimme a home amongst the Palm Trees! With a few Galahs please!
