Honestly, the Shakerato is one of the most underrated, straightforward cocktails in existence. It typically consists of bitter Italian liqueur, ice, and a twist of orange peel.
For us, we like to add a little breakfast twist to this simple classic, shaking in a spoon-full of breakfast marmalade in the mix, freshening and sweetening up our very own Økar Bitter!
What you'll need:
45ml Økar Bitter
1 Spoon-full of Breakfast Marmalade
Shake your ingredients together in a cocktail shaker over ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist.
